Job Title: Welder
FLSA Status: Non-exempt


Employment Status: Full Time


General Descriptions: Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing,
as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner. Employee will be required
to learn our method of welding both mig and arch. Also required to learn and use a cutting torch properly. Must
learn how to layout a chassis and assemble it per our DAPIA requirement. There are multiple jobs set forth in
preparing for the following day, from cutting stack to prepping hitch plates. Employee will be shown how to use
a bridge crane and all other tools properly. Flexibility is a must for job rotation.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Read blue prints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
• Welding, wiring, painting of chassis

Qualifications
• Previous experience in welding desired, we will provide additional training

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger,
handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk; climb

and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include
close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
