  • Analyze and report on contact center performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying trends, investigating anomalies, and delivering clear, insight‑driven recommendations to leadership.

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting datasets, ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting refresh or source issues, and identifying new data needs to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and their underlying datasets.

  • Manage dataset refresh schedules and troubleshoot any refresh or connectivity issues.

  • Optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient performance and reliable reporting.

  • Validate data sources and resolve data quality issues to maintain accuracy and integrity.

  • Work with team to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve contact center processes using data driven analysis.

  • Investigate performance anomalies and KPI shifts to uncover root causes and operational impacts.

  • Define additional data requirements and develop new tracking methods to enhance visibility and operational efficiency.

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

The pay range for this position is $76,600.00 - $123,775.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
