Our Associate Buyer is also responsible for the collection and consolidation of both quantitative and qualitative information regarding sales, best selling items, stock coverage and others.</span></p><p><span>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;To support the buying team in the selection and management of products. </span><br><span>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;To be responsible for the data entry of the products and work closely with supply chain team on all requirements.</span><br><span>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;To be responsible for creation of purchase orders. </span><br><span>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Inventory tracking and cross-functional communication to ensure timely and cost effective product acquisition.</span><br><span>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinate with logistics, marketing and planning to ensure product reaches on time for the launches. </span><br><span>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings and reviews. </span>&nbsp;</p><p></p><p><strong>What you’ll need to succeed</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><span>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1 – 3 years experience in a similar role in luxury buying. </span><br><span>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Strong analytical skills.</span><br><span>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</span><br><span>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent communication skills. </span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p></p><p><strong>What we can offer you</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>With us,&nbsp;you will turn your aspirations into reality.&nbsp; We will help shape your journey through enriching experiences, learning and development opportunities and exposure to different assignments within your role or through internal mobility.
