We are looking for motivated and hardworking casual Merchandisers and Product Trainers to join our Swann Security Field Team - Training Provided.
Swann Security is a global leader and provider of home security and camera systems and accessories. Visiting key retailers, you will provide a great experience through compelling demonstrations of Swann Security products with store staff and customers. Using your superior product knowledge, you will actively convert customer engagement into sales. If you have a passion for Consumer Electronic products, this could be the role for you.

Location: the opportunity will cover Sydney (Campbelltown, Miranda, Parramatta, Penrith, Balgowlah, North Ryde, Castle Hill) and surrounding suburbs.
Hours/Days: Between 20 to 30 hours per week depending on client needs.
You will be required to:
- Merchandise products in Bunnings, JB HIFI, Costco, Harvey Norman, Bing Lee and more, within your assigned area
- Create appealing point of sale displays
- In-store training and engagement
- Check stock levels for stores and stock ordering
- Report accurate data upon the completion of each visit
- Provide support to retail staff and build strong relationships with retailers
- Use your superior Swann product knowledge and sales experience to train store staff and influence their sales volumes
About you:
- Previous retail, merchandising or brand ambassador experience highly desirable
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car
- First class communication skills
- Confidence using technology so you can report your work via apps on smart devices
