Job Description

Representing leading brands in the Independent Grocery space working across Brisbane, Gold Coast and regional South/West Brisbane and surrounds you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSO’s) to drive distribution and sales to increase market share and category performance iconic brands using opportunity-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growing product distribution
  • Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share
  • Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
  • Driving sales results
  • Develop strong store relationships
  • Implementation of POGs
  • Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity.

Key selection criteria:

  • Relevant experience in field based Sales or Merchandising role
  • FMCG grocery experience is highly favourable but not essential 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Valid driver license
