Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO/FM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Funds Management (FM) modules, with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end financial processes. This role involves working closely with finance, controlling, and project teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, budget control, and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and SAP CO (Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profit Centers, Profitability Analysis).
- Implement and manage SAP Funds Management (FM) functionality, including budget control, commitment management, and fund allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Design and maintain reports for budget tracking, variance analysis, and fund utilization.
- Ensure seamless integration between FI, CO, FM, MM, and PS modules.
- Support financial closing activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct system testing, end-user training, and prepare process documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to FI/CO/FM.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP FI and CO modules.
- Strong hands-on experience in Funds Management (FM), including budgeting, availability control, and fund commitment processes.
- Solid understanding of finance, controlling, and budgeting processes.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of integration with MM, PS, and HR modules.
- SAP FI/CO/FM certification.
- Experience in SAP Project Systems (PS) and its integration with FICO is a significant advantage.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAP certification in FI/CO/FM is a plus.
