<div><div><a href="#_edn1" rel="noreferrer" title=""><div><br></div></a></div><a href="#_edn1" rel="noreferrer" title=""><div><br></div></a></div><div>The Lead Developer should leverage AI agents / tools to assist in code generation, refactoring, and debugging, enabling faster delivery, improved code quality, and reduced reliance on repetitive manual coding tasks.<br><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>Demonstrate the ability to acquire new skills and techniques and apply them within assigned engineering tasks.</li><li>Perform analysis and troubleshooting of complex software constructs.</li><li>Participate in defining coding standard practices and procedures for adoption by the team and technology organization.</li><li>Lead the research, design, and development efforts of moderately complex software components.</li><li>Construct unit tests over complex algorithms to ensure a high degree of quality in code.</li><li>Receive direction and coaching from more experienced engineers and mentor less experienced engineers.</li><li>Collaborate with other engineers on the team and across the technology organization.</li><li>Participate in reviewing and providing feedback on complex code algorithms.</li><li>Author complex technical documentation and design sketches at a feature level.</li><li>Provide high level estimates at an epic level.</li><li>Participate in functional requirements review with Product Owner.</li><li>Able to recognize and adjust when a task is becoming a time-sink.</li><li>Help others see that quality is critical to the success of a project.</li><li>Encourage the team to stay focused and on track moving towards the team sprint commitment.</li><li>Ask probing/clarifying questions during a discussion to ensure all ideas are vetted.</li><li>Represent the team in cross-functional meetings.</li><li>Respectfully identifies potential "trouble spots" with other's ideas during discussions.</li></ul><div> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Computer Science Degree with 8+ years’ experience in the following is required.</li><li>Software Development Experience using C#, ASP. Net 4.5+, .NET Core.</li><li>Handson experience Github CoPilot, GPT, Cursor, Claude), MCP Servers, AI coding assistants</li><li>7+Years MS SQL relational database design and querying –</li><li>7+Years JavaScript Framework (jQuery, Angular 8+, Node) -</li><li>3+ years of experience in Angular, TypeScript</li><li>3+Years ORM Tools (NHibernate, Dapper) -</li><li>3+ Amazon Web Services (S3, EC2, Lambda, SNS, SQS, etc.) -</li><li>Microservice and Event Driven architectures (nice to have)</li><li>SaaS/multi-tenant platform -</li><li>Caching Platforms (Redis/Memcached)</li><li>Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.</li><li>Ability to understand technical requirements.</li><li>Must have good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.</li><li>Knowledge of performance improvement + web vitals improvement is a plus.</li><li>Good understanding of handling or maintaining the security of the project / site. Agile methodology, CI-CD Pipelines, ORM Tools, AWS Services</li></ul>
