About the Role:

As a Janitorial Subcontractor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities. Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a cleaning or janitorial role, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Must have valid General Liability Insurance for your business
• Must agree to a service agreement before obtaining contracts/ jobs 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in cleaning techniques or safety procedures.
• Experience with specialized cleaning equipment or chemicals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in assigned areas.
• Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns.
• Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated time frames.
