Centurion of Florida is proud to be the provider of mental health services to the Florida Department of Corrections.  We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Wakulla Correctional Institution located in Crawfordville, Florida, just south of Tallahassee.

Many of our locations qualify for National Health Services Corp loan repayment.

This is one of the most diverse and innovative male institutions in the US.  Utilize some of the most innovative programing and use of specialized Mental Health Units to assist those with serious mental illness.  This site provides inpatient and outpatient psychological services to male patients in a state-of-the-art correctional institution. 

The Psychologist provides psychological leadership, consultation and direct services for patients in an assigned facility. The Psychologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in providing assessment and treatment of mental and emotional disorders of patients.

Qualifications

• Must hold PsyD or PhD from a US accredited university program
• Must have successfully completed post-doc requirements
• Licensed in FL as a Clinical Psychologist
• Supervisory experience required
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Must be able to pass credentialing and background check
• Prior locked unit experience is highly desired 
• Work legally in the United States without sponsorship

• Monday-Friday
• Day Shift
• No nights, holidays, weekends
