In this role, you will:
- Conduct in-depth assessments of client Salesforce environments, producing findings reports and roadmaps with actionable recommendations.
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud and the broader Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements using prototypes, wireframes, and proofs of concept.
- Groom and manage the product backlog with business and technical partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Act as a release manager — approving and deploying configuration and code between environments.
- Guide and support user story development with clear acceptance criteria and success measures.
- Document and justify architectural decisions with visual designs and clear rationale.
- Oversee testing strategies and ensure detailed documentation for QA and UAT.
- Champion quality across configuration, development, and deployments.
- Lead agile ceremonies and contribute to collaborative planning and continuous improvement.
Who You Are:
- 8 + years' experience in a leading role on Salesforce project delivery.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce expertise.
- Salesforce Certifications (REQUIRED):
- Application Architect
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Data Cloud Consultant
- Administrator
- Platform App Builder
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interactive (especially in remote/online settings).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret trends and translate them into actions.
- A strategic thinker with experience turning long-term goals into tactical plans.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire multi-disciplinary teams of Salesforce professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to visualize and explain technical concepts in ways that support decision-making.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong relationship-building abilities.
