The Quality Transformation Lead plays a critical role in helping organizations establish and sustain a quality-first culture—one where teams take personal responsibility for quality and patient safety, openly raise concerns, continuously learn, and integrate improvement into daily work. This role focuses on designing and enabling practical, human-centered quality culture transformations that align with organizational operations, values, and behaviors. Leveraging Centric’s experience in regulated industries and culture transformation, the Quality Transformation Lead helps drive meaningful, lasting change by aligning people, processes, leadership behaviors, and systems to support consistent quality outcomes.

In this role, you will: 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing quality process, quality culture, and transformation expertise to help shape and enable a sustainable quality-driven culture
  • Apply experience and thought leadership related to quality as a function, organizational capability, and individual competency, incorporating people, process, technology, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific quality considerations
  • Lead and support comprehensive Assess activities to uncover cultural, operational, and change readiness insights, including behaviors, pain points, regional considerations, stakeholder impacts, and quality maturity levels
  • Identify implications for leadership, frontline teams, and enabling functions to inform effective quality culture design
  • Partner with stakeholders during the Design phase to co-create a practical, mindset-driven quality culture framework that promotes ownership, learning, and continuous improvement
  • Redesign and refine quality culture frameworks to ensure they are realistic, actionable, and embedded into daily ways of working
  • Develop a robust organizational change management (OCM) strategy, including leadership engagement, communication, and change enablement approaches
  • Create an executable, phased implementation plan that incorporates feedback loops, learning mechanisms, and continuous improvement over time
  • Contribute to and deliver key transformation artifacts, including:
    • An assessment plan and documented results describing the current state of quality culture
    • An integrated OCM strategy aligned to leadership behaviors and organizational priorities
    • A comprehensive quality culture implementation proposal that supports long-term adoption and sustainability

 

Who You Are: 

  • A seasoned quality and transformation leader with experience driving quality culture initiatives in regulated or highly structured environments
  • Skilled in balancing regulatory and process rigor with a people-centered, improvement-oriented approach to quality
  • Experienced in organizational change management, leadership enablement, and influencing across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Adept at identifying cultural and operational patterns and translating insights into practical, scalable solutions
  • A strong facilitator and communicator who builds trust, encourages curiosity, and fosters open dialogue around quality and improvement
  • Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity while maintaining a clear focus on outcomes and sustainability

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field required
  • Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred
  • Relevant certifications in Quality, Change Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar disciplines are a plus

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS: remote with occasional travel to manufacturing/distribution centers
