Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Centric Brands is looking for an accomplished, hands-on, strategic, senior manager, operations for a six month assignment with demonstrated track record successfully managing global projects, organizational and system transitions/implementations to establish our own Merchandising/Sourcing offices in Asia with the goal of establishing a world class global sourcing organization working with all our business unit leaders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, manage, and execute project management operating procedures and processes to ensure cross-functional teams deliver consistent quality and efficiencies across the organization.
  • Build future capabilities focused on execution, innovation, growth, and profitability.
  • Work closely with US and Asia leaders to establish sourcing and supply chain hubs in China, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Cambodia, India, etc.
  • Create organizational structure and SOP guidelines for transition of US functions to Asia based teams.
  • Focus on strategic plans impacting operations of business units and recommended process initiatives  to drive efficiency and global communication.
  • Develop training materials and SOPs for new workflow processes
  • Assist in the rollout of new IT systems and training
  • Support implementation of future state roles and responsibilities in the US and Asia enabling successful transition through working sessions and change management toolTop of Form
  • Develop strategic and detailed plans and schedules for build out of Asia business
  • Monitor project metrics for any deviations in timeline, budget, or quality
  • Assist in establishing and improving project management methodologies, procedures and policies
  • Responsible for Project Management Office policies, procedures, and methodologies.
  • Wide latitude in determining creative solutions to strategic and operational needs.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills, heavy reporting and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with senior management
  • Strong adaptability and business development skills proven to drive efficiencies and effective execution throughout the supply chain.
  • Strong emotional and cultural intelligence
  • Highly skilled in organizational management. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Technology, Electronics Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as Project Manager or Head of Project Office
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations in Manufacturing or Fashion and Apparel Industry
  • Knowledge of SAP | FlexPLM, a plus

 

Salary Range $65-75 per hour
