Founded by sisters Sara and Erin Foster, our casually cool collection of wardrobe essentials has become a go-to for women seeking style with substance. Now, as we open our newest boutique on Madison Avenue, we’re looking for Keyholder Stylists (full-time or part-time) who are passionate about fashion, love styling customers, and are ready to help lead the store to success.
As a Seasonal Keyholder Stylist, you’ll be both a trusted style expert for our customers and a supportive leader for the store team. You’ll assist with opening and closing procedures, drive sales on the floor, and deliver exceptional service that keeps clients coming back. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow within a fashion-forward brand.
Customer Experience & Styling
Deliver personalized styling and create memorable shopping experiences.
Build lasting relationships through clienteling and outreach.
Represent the Favorite Daughter brand with deep product knowledge and authentic storytelling.
Sales & Goals
Consistently achieve individual and store sales goals.
Support the team in reaching KPIs through motivation and active sales leadership.
Participate in events and initiatives to drive traffic and customer engagement.
Store Operations
Act as a keyholder by assisting with opening, closing, and store security procedures.
Help maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store reflects the Favorite Daughter aesthetic.
Support operational tasks including stock management and organization.
1–2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in fashion or styling.
Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with customers.
Confidence in styling, sales, and clienteling.
Responsible and reliable, with the ability to perform keyholder duties.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
$22.00+/hour + goal-based commission
