Specific Responsibilities Would Include
- Input order information into system
- Verify order documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with internal departments and teams to ensure timely completion of orders
- Resolve issues or discrepancies related to orders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Other tasks as assigned
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
Additional Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree majoring in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage, but not required.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data entry and manipulation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to details.
- Good verbal and written English communications skills.

- The intern will input order information into the system, verify order documents for accuracy, and communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order completion. They will also resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
