At Centria Autism, our Telehealth BCBA role offers a unique "Best of Both Worlds" model. You’ll lead clinical services virtually for the majority of the month while maintaining deep, high-impact connections through regular, scheduled in-person visits to our centers.

Travel Requirement: This role features a remote-first schedule with a requirement to be in-person, on-site at your center(s) four (4) days per month (travel expenses paid by Centria!).


Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $83,000–$93,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).

Your Role & Impact as a BCBA



  • Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for ABA services via a sophisticated telehealth model.

  • Conduct monthly in-person visits to provide intensive, hands-on coaching and supervision to Behavior Technicians in the field.

  • Provide remote coaching and support to teams during your virtual weeks to ensure clinical consistency.

  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.

  • Lead virtual and in-person family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive meaningful progress.

  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
