The St. Cloud Hospital’s Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit provides quality care to our tiniest and sickest of infants from age of viability and above. Our 36-bed state of the art NICU provides a combination single and pod style rooms, which allows for parents to stay with their infant 24/7, dedicated lactation support, Family Support Program, Respite room for parents, and air & ground transport, all while providing high tech care with heart.

  • Schedule
    • Full-time | 60-72 hours every two weeks | Onsite
    • Day/night rotation | 12-hour shifts | 7am-7:30pm/7pm-7:30am
    • Every 3rd weekend (Fri-Sun) | rotating holidays
  • Pay and Benefits:

  • Pay based on experience and degree
    • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour
    • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour
    • Master’s in nursing starting at $43.43 per hour
    • Pay range: $41.34 - $62.01 per hour
  • Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts 
  • $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates!

  • Qualifications
    • Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required
    • BSN required within three years
    • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
    • NICU level III skill required

$3,500 Hiring Bonus Eligibility: To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

$5,000 Relocation Assistance Eligibility: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
