Enjoy a rewarding career with CentraCare working as an LPN with our Behavioral Health departments! In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established policies, procedures and clinical standards. As a vital team member of our Behavioral Health Department, you will be cross trained in Child/Adolescent Behavioral Health and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). You will assist with providing compassionate and comprehensive care to all patients.
To be successful in this position, you will need to work well both independently and in a team setting, have the desire and ability to communicate well with patients and coworkers and have the ability to assess situations, problem solve and handle tasks proactively.
Schedule
- Full-time | 64 hours every two weeks | Plaza
- Various days Monday – Friday | 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
- No nights, weekends or holidays!
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $22.40 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Pay range: $22.40 - $33.58 per hour
- $2,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota
- AED and CPR training per established policy
To be eligible for the hiring bonus and/or relocation bonus, you must be hired into an eligible full or part-time benefited position. Bonuses will only be awarded in cases where the applicant has not worked for CentraCare for at least the past nine months. Relocation bonus also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the clinic and must relocate to within 30 miles of the clinic within 120 days of employment. CentraCare hiring incentives to include but not limited to, hiring and relocation bonuses may be discontinued at any time.
