As the Lab Support Services Lead at CentraCare Laboratory Services, you'll oversee pre-testing and post-testing functions for patients of all ages. Schedule:
- Full-time |80 hours every two weeks
- Monday-Friday, flex hours between 4:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., rotating holidays
Pay and Benefits:

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Associate Degree from a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Program or related life sciences degree or experience in lieu of education.
- Certification as a Laboratory Assistant, Phlebotomist, or Certified Medical Assistant to be obtained within 1 year. Certification must be verified within six weeks of taking the exam.
- 1 or more years of experience within CentraCare Laboratories preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role may be taken into consideration.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills.
