CentraCare is hiring a full-time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work with our team at the Redwood Falls clinic within Family Medicine. 

We are looking to hire an APP who has licensed clinical experience providing patient care as an NP or PA and who is able to see all ages from newborns through advanced age.

Responsibilities

As a Family Medicine APP, you will independently see patients of all ages:

• Provide direct patient care.
• Obtain accurate patient history.
• Order tests for accurate diagnosis.
• Develop treatment plans.
• Advise on diet, activity, hygiene, and prevention.
• Explain procedures, test results, and treatments.
• Maintain patient records, history, and reports.
• Perform and interpret tests to diagnose conditions.
• Prescribe or administer treatment, medication, and vaccines.

Schedule

• 1.0 FTE
• Monday through Friday day clinic hours; no evenings or holidays
• Rotation into Saturday morning clinic

Requirements

Eligibility for the position entails:

• Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program approved by a national accrediting agency
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant
• 1+ years of  practice experience and a licensed NP or PA
• Current or pending licensure in the State of Minnesota, licensed to see pediatrics through geriatrics
• BLS Certification

Relevant provider (NP or PA) work experience is one of the following areas required:

• Family Medicine
• Emergency Department
• Internal Medicine
• Pediatrics
• Walk-In Clinic/Urgent Care

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $107,099 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience 
• Salary range: $107,099 - $122,449 per year 
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
