In this role, you will provide support to all aspects and areas of the hospital serving as the administrative representative on the evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care, staff morale, and organizational performance. By providing effective leadership, guidance, and support to the nursing team, you can help enhance the quality of care delivered at CentraCare and contribute to positive patient experiences.
Schedule
- Full-time| 60 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Hospital
- Nights | 7pm - 7:30 am
- Baylor | Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday and every other Thursday
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $48.34 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $48.34 - $72.53 per hour
- Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts along with the Baylor schedule

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher degree in nursing required.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) current licensure in the State of Minnesota required
- 3 years minimum of experience as a registered nurse with demonstrated skills in clinical nursing.
- Leadership, communication and organizational expertise necessary
- Past experience as a charge nurse or other nursing management position preferred.
