A Test Analyst is needed to join a small team of testers. Reporting to the Test Lead, the ideal candidate should be adaptable, as they will be assigned to different test phases across multiple projects. The role requires the ability to quickly learn new applications, along with excellent time management skills to plan, execute, and report on several projects with overlapping deadlines.
What you'll do:
- Work as part of a test team across cutting-edge technologies such as Dynamics 365, Intelledox forms, Digital application portal, and other digital transformation projects.
- Coordinate and liaise with developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts from various departments (Operations, Infrastructure, Search & Rescue, IT Services).
- Create detailed test cases and manage defect triage processes.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Review and analyse project requirements and specifications to create comprehensive test plans.
- Identify, document, and track defects in the defect management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure project deadlines are met.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience testing COTS products such as Microsoft CRM or SAP Concur.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, roles, and responsibilities within a dynamic, transformative environment.
- Strong skills in analyzing requirements, planning and executing tests, and raising and resolving defects, using multiple test methodologies.
- ISTQB Foundation certification.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA or DevOps.
- Knowledge of test automation techniques and tools.
