JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The main function of this position is to pick up and drop off clients for the day group at outpatient. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Picks up and drops off clients for the day group at outpatient. 

• Transports inter-office mail to and from all Centerstone facilities.

• Maintains mileage log and vehicle records for assigned vehicle each shift worked.

• Accompanies residents to meetings, and or corporate functions.

• Picks up mail, which could also include packages from Post Office, hospital campus supplies, cases of paper, cleaning supplies, and office supplies for delivery to Administration, and all outpatient locations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.

• Ability to use laptop, or desk top computers for GPS, Google maps, or any other means of finding ways in the community.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level              

High school diploma or GED required.

Years of Experience       

Certification/Licensure 

A clean Florida driver's record and valid Florida Driver’s License required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing – 20%

Lifting (up to 60 lbs) – Occasional
