Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Position Purpose: Monitor compliance, drive remediation of variances, and generate responses for multiple audits.

  • Prepare various reports on audit findings and recommend improvements in policies, procedures and internal controls
  • Establish the appropriate internal controls and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and assist in external audits of organization for compliance to regulatory oversight
  • Review and assess complaints from various agencies, gather and analyze responses and follow up with agencies
  • Identify root cause of complaints and implement changes to address issues
  • Assist in developing and implementing audit programs
  • Summarize audit conclusion and key findings into the audit repository
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of public health policy, regulatory or audit experience, preferably in a managed care or insurance industry.

Pay Range: $56,200.00 - $101,000.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
