• Job Summary:

The Lead Engineer, Salesforce Development is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. This position involves leading a team of developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the functionality and efficiency of Salesforce applications within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.

• Solution Design: Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions, including integrations with other enterprise systems.

• Development and Customization: Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and usability.

• Compliance and Security: Ensure all Salesforce solutions comply with organizational policies and industry standards.

• Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with proven leadership experience.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration techniques.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator).

• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
