This role is in support of Cencora’s third-party logistics service in the UK through our Alloga business.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate - Validation to join our team in South Normanton, Derbyshire. This role is essential in ensuring the validation and qualification of quality-critical assets, maintaining compliance with GDP, GMP, ISO 9001 standards, and meeting client requirements.

Working Pattern

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (9am-5pm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Site Validation Master Plan (sVMP).

  • Create and execute validation and qualification protocols.

  • Perform qualification and validation activities in line with change controls and sVMP.

  • Maintain accurate records of validation activities.

  • Investigate and resolve quality incidents, client complaints, and deviations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented within agreed timelines.

  • Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, ISO 9001, and client requirements.

  • Participate in client and regulatory audits.

  • Perform periodic Internal Compliance Inspections to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Review daily and monthly temperature trends and manage document archiving.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Ideally educated to A-level or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a validation role within a GDP or GMP environment.

  • Strong understanding of GDP, GMP regulations, and ISO 9001 standards.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build positive relationships.

  • Self-motivated, flexible, and committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
