1. Process Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes within the assigned to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
2. Improvement Recommendations: Develop and present actionable recommendations for process enhancements and automation initiatives that align with business goals and drive cost savings. Automation framework may be broad encompassing intelligent automation, task automation, OCR technology, etc.
3. Implementation Support: Collaborate with the team to implement approved process improvements and automation solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into existing workflows.
4. Performance Metrics: Measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements, tracking progress towards efficiency and effectiveness goals
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Facilitation: Work alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather insights, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and automation. Facilitate improvement ideas from team and help to implement them as appropriate.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process improvement and automation, bringing innovative ideas to the organization.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma; Automation) is a plus.
•Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in process consulting, process improvement, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving successful change initiatives.
•Technical Skills: Proficiency in process mapping tools, data analysis software, and automation technologies. Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions
to complex challenges.
•Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•Business fluency in English
