Alliance Healthcare es un proveedor líder de venta al por mayor de productos farmacéuticos, logística, soporte de ensayos clínicos y otras soluciones innovadoras de atención médica para farmacias y fabricantes de productos farmacéuticos. AH está seleccionando un técnico de EUC IT, responsable de la correcta asistencia a los usuarios y del buen funcionamiento y actualización de los puestos de trabajo desplegados en la organización, manteniendo un enfoque de calidad, trabajo en equipo y servicio al cliente.
Las funciones del técnico de EUC serán las siguientes:
· Asegurar el correcto inventario de los activos TI relacionados con puesto de trabajo.
· Desplegar las diferentes políticas y tecnologías en el puesto de trabajo.
· Soporte a usuarios.
· Atención y gestión de incidencias relativas a:
- Sistemas operativos Windows.
Microsoft Office 365.
Dispositivos móviles Android e IOS.
Puesto de trabajo de oficinas (VDI, portátiles, impresoras…etc).
Puestos de trabajo almacén (escaners, dispositivos RF… etc).

¿Cómo nos gustaría que fueras?
La persona que se incorpore como Técnico de EUC deberá de poseer:
- Experiencia de 5 años en puestos de soporte EUC IT.
- Conocimiento de herramientas ITSM (Servicenow).
- Formación específica en rama de IT (deseado mínimo grado superior).
Valorable formación complementaria en:
- Inglés (B2)
- Formación ITIL

What you'll do
- The EUC technician will ensure proper user support and the functioning and updating of workstations within the organization. Responsibilities include inventory management of IT assets and incident management related to various systems and devices.
