Acteur leader de la logistique de santé depuis près de 60 ans, Alloga France est aujourd’hui le 2e dépositaire sur le marché français et fait partie de Cencora, entreprise mondiale de premier plan dans le domaine de la santé.

Nous recherchons pour le site de Marseille, un Business Developer (H/F), poste à pourvoir en CDI, dès que possible.

Responsabilité:

En qualité de Business developer vous êtes chargé de développer le portefeuille clients et les opportunités commerciales, en adressant les laboratoires pharmaceutiques, biotechs et autres acteurs de santé.

Vous pilotez l’ensemble du processus commercial, du ciblage à la négociation contractuelle, en vous assurant de la cohérence avec la stratégie commerciale définie.

A ce titre vos principales missions sont les suivantes:

  • Assurer le lien entre la stratégie nationale et celle de l’équipe centrale:

Relayer la stratégie nationale, partager les informations avec l’équipe centrale, contribuer aux réflexions transverses et à l’identification de relais de croissance.

  • Développement commercial:

Prospection et acquisition de nouveaux clients, animation de rendez-vous et présentations, construction des offres avec les équipes internes, gestion des RFP/appels d’offres, négociation et contractualisation.

  • Activités spécifiques liées à la fonction Exploitant

Préparation d’offres exploitant, coordination de sujets d’accès (précoce → remboursement), suivi de la distribution France, contribution aux sujets qualité (dont rappels), et participation au pilotage de la performance (KPI).

  • Assurer la veille concurrentielle et la veille environnementale

​Suivi concurrence/environnement, analyse des tendances et recommandations.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience en développement commercial / chasse idéalement dans un environnement pharma, biotech, services de santé ou B2B réglementé.
  • Maîtrise du cycle de vente complexe (multi-interlocuteurs, RFP, contractualisation).
  • Aisance relationnelle, capacité à convaincre, structurer, et piloter plusieurs sujets en parallèle.
  • Rigueur sur le reporting et l’utilisation d’un CRM (Salesforce).
  • Capacité à travailler en transversal (market access, qualité, supply chain, réglementaire…).
