Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BI Developer/Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in BI tools, a solid understanding of data analysis, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Create and optimize data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure accurate and timely data integration from various sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytics solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, marketing, and operations, to support their data needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for BI and analytics within the organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting efficiency, and overall BI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools, technologies, and industry trends.
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (required). Za mě bachelor není nutný ne?
• Advanced certifications in BI tools or data analytics (preferred).
• Proven experience as a BI Developer, Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Alteryx).

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Strong business acumen to understand and address organizational needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on emerging BI technologies and methodologies.
