Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Retail to lead retail operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all retail operations and store performance.
- Develop and implement retail strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory control, and merchandising standards.
- Lead, train, and manage retail teams to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail management.
- Compulsory certifications: SMEI, CPSL, NASP.
- Strong leadership, operational, and people management skills.
- Proven experience in sales growth and retail performance management.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
