The Team:
Our Global information Security organization is responsible for security and trust. We think about security-offensively and defensively. We continuously monitor our global security posture and are always adapting to the ever-changing threat landscape. The Product and Enterprise Security team is always looking for talented subject matter experts in application, platform and offensive security.
The Role:
Join Celonis Product & Enterprise Security as a Technical Program Manager and bring teams together to deliver on large-scale security programs. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the various teams that make up Product & Enterprise Security, as well as the Engineering and Product organizations, to define and drive the execution of multiple tracks of work to achieve program goals, handling dependencies and risks. Acting as a communication bridge, you’ll simplify complexity, eliminate ambiguity and keep initiatives on track.
The work you’ll do:
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional security programs in the areas of Product and Enterprise Security
- Influence, align and coach strategic and tactical situations
- Break down the programs into workstreams and coordinate across functional areas in order to deliver on the program deliverables
- Present and advocate complex business and technical concepts with Product & Enterprise Security Leadership
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups to different stakeholders
- Create comprehensive project plans using Jira, GSuite and/or Excel, including setting up timelines, defining milestones, assigning tasks and managing risks to ensure joint success
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and empowerment so that teams can thrive and innovate
- Delivery clear, concise and well-structured presentations that effectively convey complex information to stakeholders
The qualifications you’ll need:
- Experience in Technical Program Management in SaaS software companies with 4+ years of experience
- Expertise with running the entire lifecycle of a program, from planning to execution, accurately communicate program status, issues, dependencies and risks to program stakeholders beyond Product & Enterprise Security
- Highly proficient in Jira, expertly managing workflows, tracking issues and optimizing team efficiency
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multi-functional teams
- Familiarity with information security domains and/or knowledge of security fundamentals
- Skilled in Google Suite, effectively managing documents, spreadsheets, presentations and collaboration tools
- You can lead and independently own strategic programs, across different domains and Product & Enterprise Security teams
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are self-sufficient and able to operate in a fluid, ambiguous environment
