Job details
This role is central to the day-to-day success of the business and contributes directly to operational performance and customer outcomes. As a New Client Growth Advisor, you will be responsible for generating new business and leads for SSG, working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure high standards of delivery, compliance and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and making a tangible impact.

What you will do
  • Maximise opportunities for sales arising from every phone call you make.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Engage with sales initiatives identified by the sales, marketing and leadership team.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and email activity. 
  • Proactively identify and convert sales opportunities from digital marketing campaigns.
  • Track and engage with prospects who interact with our website, content, or campaigns, ensuring timely and personalised follow-up.
  • Actively use LinkedIn to research prospects, initiate conversations, nurture relationships, and generate qualified leads.
  • Book qualified meetings for our ADVISOR membership and Training services.  
  • Consistently apply consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and position appropriate solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, compliance and quality standards
Who you are
You are an experienced and motivated professional who brings a practical, solutions-focused mindset. You will ideally have:
  • Proven experience in an outbound phone-based sale role.
  • The ability to self-manage a demanding workload whilst remaining focussed on the task in hand.
  • A high level of care to act as an effective team player with drive, energy and passion to motivate self and fellow team members.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and attention to detail.
  • Good administration and IT skills.
  • A general ability to understand the bigger impact on the business and identify opportunities for growth, innovation and improvement as part of a motivated team.
