Job details
You will be responsible for the day to day operational management of our Water Hygiene teams, ensuring high quality service delivery across a portfolio of long standing clients. Acting as a key link between Engineers, Clients, and Senior Management, you will drive performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
What you will do
- Manage day to day operations and performance of the Water Hygiene team
- Provide technical support and leadership across the client portfolio and field teams
- Line manage Engineers, Risk Assessors, and Plumbers, including reporting calls, reviews, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, H&S standards, and industry regulations through audits and site visits
- Deliver monthly operational and performance reports to senior management
- Coordinate training, equipment, PPE, materials, and calibration requirements
- Liaise with internal teams and Account Managers, including oversight of overtime, timesheets, and pay adjustments
Who you are
- Proven line management experience
- Strong background in Water Hygiene & Legionella control
- Up-to-date Legionella Awareness training
- Good working knowledge of H&S, RAMS, COSHH & HSG274 Part 2
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Team-focused leader with strong communication skills
