The Department of Cardiology, Smidt Heart Institute at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center has an exciting opportunity for a clinician-scientist to join our nationally recognized program within our Echocardiography Section.  

The successful candidate will have clinical, academic, and research responsibilities focused primarily on echocardiography within the Non-Invasive Cardiology section of the Department of Cardiology. The candidate shall be skilled and qualified in the performance and interpretation of transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography and will support the academic and scholastic activities within the department. For those with the pre-requisite training and certification, there will also be potential to participate in interpretations of cardiac MRI and cardiac CT. The optimal candidate would also have a successful research program focused on cardiac imaging. The candidate may also support the provision of care in our ambulatory clinics.

Our compensation philosophy:

We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees.  The total pay range shown takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors.  This total pay range includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. We also offer a comprehensive faculty benefits package. 

Pay Range: $365,000-$600,000 Total Cash Compensation.
