What You’ll Do

As an LPN in Assisted Living, you’ll play a key role in ensuring quality nursing care and supporting residents’ wellbeing. You’ll oversee and coordinate daily care tasks, supervise team members, and maintain thorough documentation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care
  • Supervising and supporting CNAs and QMAs on your shift
  • Coordinating care duties and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Maintaining accurate and complete resident documentation
  • Promoting a positive, resident-centered environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current LPN or RN license with the Indiana State Board of Nursing
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of SNF regulations and nursing standards
  • A genuine passion for caring for older adults
