About this role

Position Title: Driver/Event Set Up

Schedule:  Approximately 25 hours per week from 11a - 4p 

  • Availability needed during evenings and weekends.
  • Shifts will vary depending on need.

Pay:  Up to $13/hr

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver:

  • Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
  • Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
  • Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.
  • Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
  • Clean and wash vehicle.
  • May perform housekeeping functions as directed.
  • Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy. 

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals
  • Maintain a valid driver's license
  • Must have and maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver preferred
  • CPR-AED certification required within 90 days of hire date
