Summary
Join the dynamic Enterprise Client Delivery team at Cedar Gate Technologies, an IQVIA business, as a Client Delivery Manager, where your contributions will truly matter! Here, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating and overseeing client delivery tasks, ensuring that each client experiences a smooth and efficient transition to a production environment. As the essential client connector, you'll build strong, lasting relationships between Cedar Gate Technologies, our esteemed clients, and our reliable vendors.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Deliver all projects successfully on time and within scope to meet revenue goals.
  • Engage all key stakeholders, both internal and external, to collaboratively define project scope and objectives while confidently ensuring technical feasibility that aligns perfectly with the client's unique use case needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor understanding their business goals and challenges 
  • Embrace the opportunity to manage projects by guiding changes in the project, timeline, and budget while inspiring stakeholders through clear and effective communication to achieve our shared vision.
  • Partner effectively with our clients to thoroughly gather all essential requirements for application configuration and ensure these are seamlessly communicated with internal teams for a successful outcome.
  • Achieve tangible results as a driven thought leader for business value and client excellence.
  • Oversee the project management for the client as leader, identifying and resolving concerns promptly and escalating all issues and risks to management as needed.
  • Meet with clients to communicate timelines and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Develop and deliver presentations to clients, employees, and executives both internally and externally 

 

Job Location

Houston, TX, or Burlington, MA, office working a hybrid remote schedule.

 

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a position involving project management or client relationship development
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to document and track multiple deliverables, including external and internal communication on progress and/or delays
  • A charismatic and enthusiastic presence that compels clients and team members to eagerly align with your vision and follow your lead.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written, verbal and nonverbal)
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience 
  • Effective at building, maintaining, and growing relationships with senior leadership 
  • Proven ability to learn technical concepts with high proficiency
  • Flexibility in traveling to prescheduled project and client meetings (light travel loads available)

 

Preferences – Not Required 

  • Healthcare industry experience, especially in Population Health, Physician/Hospital Revenue Cycle, Solution Design, or other relevant experience 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or equivalent certification 
  • Experience with SaaS environment products or projects
  • Experience with project planning tools such as JIRA, MS Project, etc.
  • Knowledge of technical concepts to guide implementations and solutions with healthcare technology
  • Data analytics experience, including the ability to create meaningful/strategic insights from technical data sets
