About this role

Orange & Rockland is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to execute programs to support specific business marketing and customer communications objectives for Energy Efficiency, E-mobility and Demand Management programs and other key Clean Energy initiatives. This role will manage various B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, including awareness, lead acquisition, customer engagement, business development, product sales support, and advanced brand building for key offerings. Additionally, this individual will play a critical communications role in emergency storm response.This role will work directly with internal Orange & Rockland team members to understand business requirements across the organization and lead in planning across a wide range of online and offline marketing channels in support of strategic business goals.The Marketing Manager plays a central role in developing and executing marketing strategies that support Orange & Rockland's (O&R) Energy Efficiency and Electrification programs across New York and New Jersey. This position leads marketing strategy, communications planning, outreach and execution for all programs and initiatives that promote energy efficiency, electrification, and demand-side management.Working closely with program managers, creative designers, and external vendors, the Marketing Manager ensures consistent messaging, timely campaign execution, and compliance with state and utility regulatory requirements. The role is critical to driving customer engagement and participation in programs that advance O&R's clean energy goals. This individual will play a critical communications role in emergency storm response.
