Job Summary

This role oversees key operational and financial processes within the project. This role holds overall accountability for successfully executing key operational and stakeholder engagement processes within the project without directly carrying out all such tasks.

What you will do

Key responsibilties

  • Being a key collaborator in the development of and, ultimately the authoritative subject matter expert in all project processes employed in the execution of the project.
  • Coordinating cadence calls with internal CDW stakeholders and vendor partners to optimise and maintain alignment and efficiency
  • Conducting monthly stock-level reviews to ensure accurate inventory management
  • Reconciling monthly customer entity invoicing to ensure billing accuracy

Accountability

  • Assuring the auto-generation of quotes for bills of materials
  • Ensuring timely equipment delivery information is provided to customer entity stakeholders
  • Ensuring the efficient handling of missing or damaged equipment.
  • Ensuring structured, effective and timely vendor liaison,
  • Ensuring effective and timely stock-level issue reporting
  • Ensuring the consistency and effectiveness of cadence calls with the aligned customer entity project manager community and the senior customer programme team members.
  • Overseeing open order monitoring, risk tracking, and escalation management, ensuring adherence to established processes and timelines
