About the role:
As the Executive Support Officer, you'll play a central role in providing exceptional secretarial support to our Chief Development Officer, in conjunction with our Business Manager (Development). This position goes beyond typical administration, involving meeting coordination, report and agenda preparation, complex calendar management, and regular domestic and international travel arrangements/associated logistics. Additionally, you'll be responsible for coordinating correspondence, maintaining a high-level of professionalism in interactions with key internal and external stakeholders.

About you:
This role is suited to a proactive, meticulous, and switched-on individual, with an eagerness to learn and support. Combining strong interpersonal skills with a knack for time management, and the ability to effectively prioritise; the successful candidate will be adjusted to working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Essential:
Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
