CCS Facility Services is seeking a Senior Night Area Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations in the Houston area.
The Senior Night Area Manager will be responsible for:
Supervise and schedule field janitorial teams to ensure efficient operations
Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to cleaning staff
Conduct multiple nightly site visits in a company-provided vehicle to monitor quality and performance
Manage inventory and order necessary cleaning equipment and supplies
Track employee hours and payroll using company software and technology
Collaborate with branch managers to ensure daily tasks and special projects are completed to standards
Ensure adherence to facility and company safety and security protocols
Perform various administrative and operational duties as required
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
