Position Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our existing customer base. This management position requires a blend of customer service excellence, leadership, and effective communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit customer sites to meet with clients, inspect service quality, and address any concerns or issues promptly.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Promote the company culture and values among field employees, providing guidance and leadership to ensure consistent service delivery.

  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with both clients and employees, ensuring transparency and clarity in all interactions.

  • Coach, guide, and develop field personnel to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Setting:

  • The majority of your time will be spent at customer locations, with some time allocated to office-based tasks at the branch office.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and employees.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues promptly and proactively.

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
