About this role

At CCA Global Partners, we're dedicated to building a better world by uniting family-owned businesses across North America. Our mission is to strengthen these businesses into formidable independent competitors, keeping the American Dream alive and thriving. By focusing on people, communities, and independence, we're making a real impact on Main Street businesses across the continent. Ready to be part of our journey?

Join our dynamic team as a Special Projects Manager in our Manchester, NH Office where you’ll lead high-impact, enterprise-wide technology initiatives that drive meaningful business outcomes.  Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, this role is ideal for an experienced project leader who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and enjoys working closely with senior leaders. We offer a hybrid work schedule—work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and collaborate in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays—giving you the best of both worlds.

As a Special Projects Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering strategic initiatives, such as CRM implementations and enterprise business systems, rather than day-to-day software development project management.  You’ll serve as a trusted partner to executive sponsors, ensuring initiatives stay aligned with organizational goals, timelines, and expected outcomes.  The Special Projects Manager will lead with professionalism, clarity and confidence while navigating ambiguity and organizational complexity.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives from initiation through successful completion.
  • Partner with business sponsors and technology leaders to define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery approach.
  • Coordinate work across marketing, merchandising, operations, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Manage implementations of enterprise tools, CRM platforms, and other business enablement systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and project sponsors.
  • Provide clear, concise, and transparent status reporting to senior leadership and C-suite executives, including progress updates, risks, dependencies, and required decisions.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees, governance forums, and key stakeholder meetings.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and dependency tracking.
  • Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and changes in scope or priorities.
  • Coordinate and manage third-party vendors, consultants, and implementation partners to ensure delivery expectations are met.
  • Apply and promote consistent project management standards, templates, and best practices to support continuous improvement across the organization.
Are you a match? We’re looking for someone with:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with technology or business system implementations such as CRM platforms, analytics tools, or other enterprise enablement solutions.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile, with the ability to adapt based on project needs.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders and C-suite executives.
  • The ability to influence without authority and navigate organizational complexity effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
  • Willingness to travel moderately as needed.
How We Take Care of You:
  • We provide YOU the ability to collaborate with a passionate group of leaders, peers, and amazing Members.
  • We recognize YOU for your accomplishments and contributions through development, growth and compensation!
  • We care about you AND your family.  We want to make your life better and easier.  Our benefits exist so you are well taken care of, and we support you and your loved ones through life’s various stages and situations.
