CBC is looking for a well-rounded, experienced marketing leader with demonstrated understanding of marketing campaigns, brand management and proven experience in leading integrated, multi-stakeholder projects to help develop and lead our newcomer marketing strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Strategy, the Senior Manager, Marketing will help to build CBC’s cross-functional Newcomer audience awareness and acquisition strategy, including information-gathering, team-building, strategic development and cross-functional implementation across CBC’s programming, platform and business ecosystem. This project will require developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to address the needs of newcomers in the context of the Public Broadcaster and its English Services platforms and programming.
With knowledge of CBC’s brand, programming, services, and platforms, the successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and within a highly collaborative team environment.
This is a hybrid role, with agreement to be in-office at minimum one day per week.
