<p>The Senior Director of Web & Digital Strategy will own Cato Networks’ digital ecosystem end-to-end, with the website as the primary growth, brand, and conversion engine. This leader will define the digital vision, drive measurable business impact, and scale a high-performing team responsible for web experience, optimization, and digital execution.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Own the global website strategy, roadmap, and performance as a core business asset</li>
<li>Define the role of digital across the buyer journey, from awareness through conversion</li>
<li>Drive measurable outcomes including CRO, pipeline contribution, and engagement</li>
<li>Partner with Demand, PMM, Brand, Sales, and Product on launches and campaigns</li>
<li>Own analytics, experimentation, SEO, AEO, accessibility, and performance standards</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in web, digital, or growth marketing roles</li>
<li>5+ years in senior leadership managing teams and complex stakeholders</li>
<li>Proven ownership of a B2B website as a revenue-driving channel</li>
<li>Strong understanding of demand generation, CRO, and buyer journeys</li>
<li>Data-driven mindset with strong business judgment</li>
<li>Experience in cybersecurity a plus</li>
