Job Details

Responsibilities will include:

 

Front Desk Management:

Greeting and directing visitors.

Managing the flow of people entering and exiting the building.

Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized.

 

Telephone Management:

Answering and transferring phone calls.

Taking and relaying messages accurately and promptly.

Paging overhead.

 

Administrative Support:

Providing support to other departments.

Handling mail and deliveries.

 

Customer Service:

Providing information and assistance to visitors and clients.

Addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

 

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally residents, visitors & staff.

 

Organizational Skills:

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities.

Attention to detail.

 

Customer Service Skills:

Friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to handle visitor/resident inquiries and resolve issues professionally.



Salary Range

USD $23.10 - USD $23.10 /Hr.



The pay for this position ranges from $23.10 per hour.
