Catholic Health is looking for a reliable and organized Practice Support Associate to support the daily operations of our physician offices. This front-line role ensures smooth patient flow and provides outstanding service both in-person and over the phone.
Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and schedule patient appointments
- Prepare charts and handle physician correspondence
- Verify insurance, obtain referrals and authorizations
- Assist patients with check-in, forms, and general questions
- Ensure timely and accurate administrative support to clinical staff
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or healthcare-related training preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
- Comfortable using and troubleshooting basic office equipment

USD $19.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
