Job Details

The Patient Registration Representative will be the liaison between patient and hospital for their upcoming elective procedures. The representative will help answer any questions and concerns the patients may have regarding their visit to Good Samaritan Hospital and pre-surgical testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining and verifying demographics and insurance for elective procedures.
  • Appointment scheduling of patients in Cadence
  • Maintaining endo/colon schedules and creating cases in Optesia
  • Maintaining pain management schedules when needed
  • Registration of patients for pre-surgical testing.
  • Cash posting
  • Scanning

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Typing skills 40 – 60 wpm
  • Alpha Numeric-5000 Keystrokes per hour required


Salary Range

USD $22.46 - USD $26.67 /Hr.



This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
