Catholic Health Physician Practices

 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy physician practice while ensuring an exceptional patient experience and efficient clinical workflows.


Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a positive patient experience through timely scheduling, clear communication, and easy access to care.
  • Optimize office workflows using technology and team-based care models.
  • Communicate operational updates, policies, and procedures to physicians and staff.
  • Supervise staff assignments to ensure phones, messages, and patient inquiries are handled accurately and promptly.
  • Serve as the practice HIPAA Privacy Officer and ensure staff compliance with required training and reporting.
  • Achieve and maintain EPIC Super User status.
  • Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and ongoing communication of HR policies.
  • Maintain required PCMH accreditation standards, if applicable.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    (In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience will be considered.)
  • At least 3 years of medical office or clinic management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative operations, personnel management, and basic budgeting principles.

Salary Range

USD $31.64 - USD $39.55 /Yr.
