Good Samaritan is offering fully paid training and, upon successful completion, a full-time or part-time Nursing Assistant role at our facility in one of our numerous specialties.
Hands-on experience alongside an award-winning interdisciplinary team
The only Level I Adult Trauma Center on the South Shore of Long Island
The only hospital in Suffolk County to earn ANCC Magnet® Recognition for nursing excellence
(an honor held by fewer than 9% of hospitals nationwide)
Length: 6–8 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Eligibility: Open to individuals with no or limited healthcare experience
Commitment: Candidates must be available for the entire training schedule
Upon completion, participants will gain valuable hands-on experience that prepares them to work as a Nursing Assistant at Catholic Health.
Please note: this program does not confer eligibility to sit for state licensure.
